Inquire NowAUPWIT Lid Style Metal Baler is a multi-purpose scrap metal baling machine with robust baling press design for continuous operation. It can extrude every kinds of metal leftover materials , steel paring, waste copper and waste aluminum into qualified charging such as square column, cylinder, octagon body and other sharps. It helps reduce scrap metals volume, save the factory space, increase transportation speed and reduce smelting costs. It also plays a positive role in environmental protection. 1.The main machine frame is an integral welded structure. The welding seam is straight, the shape is regular, the mechanical strength is high, and the appearance quality is good. 2.The lining plates are made of HARDOX wear-resistant plates. 3.High pressure chamber can be added with H13 blades.
1.The piston rods are chrome plated. 2. The oil seals adopt the products of British Hallite, Japanese NOK. 3. The piston guide bushings are made of 45 steel or 45 steel forging parts.
1.Power unit pumps are self-made by our company based on international standard.
