We are pleased to announce the successful delivery and upcoming on-site installation of our Y81F-250 hydraulic metal baler for a leading domestic aluminum enterprise. This project highlights our ongoing commitment to providing high-performance solutions for the recycling and processing of non-ferrous metals.
The Y81F-250 baler will be used for baling aluminum sheet, aluminum strip, aluminum foil, and other scrap aluminum materials. By compressing these materials into uniform bales, the machine enables easier handling, storage, and transportation while maximizing recycling efficiency.
With an output capacity of 5–6 tons per hour, the Y81F-250 baler is well-suited for high-volume aluminum processing operations. Each bale is compacted to a 500 × 500 mm size, ensuring consistency in shape and density. This not only reduces storage space but also improves the value of recycled aluminum by making it easier to transport and melt.

To ensure smooth integration into the customer’s production line, our professional team is traveling to the facility to provide on-site installation and technical support. This includes machine setup, operational training, and performance testing, ensuring that the equipment operates at peak efficiency from the start.
